How we work

How we work.

Six steps from a conversation to a system your team uses every day. No surprises, no slide decks, no invoice before you've seen something work.

The principles behind "days, not months."

01

The software factory.

What nobody else has: a build system of our own. A finished scope goes in, and hours later a fully tested, end-to-end product rolls out. How it works is our secret — this is not a standard AI workflow.

02

AI-accelerated production.

We build with AI the way we build for clients: it does the repetitive work, we do the thinking. Quality comes from the thinking — speed comes from the factory.

03

Direct communication.

You talk to the builder, not an account manager. Decisions that take agencies a week of internal meetings take us a message.

04

You own everything.

Code, accounts, documentation. If we disappeared tomorrow, your system keeps running and any developer can pick it up.

Discover.

Analyse · Day 0

One call to understand how your company operates and where its biggest problems live. We ask about the work that eats hours, the tools you already use, and what "better" would look like in numbers.

You get
A written assessment and a proposed scope, built from what we heard — in plain language, no jargon.
From you
One hour, and someone on the call who knows the daily workflow.

Free prototype.

Design · Free

Before you commit to anything, we design a fully working prototype: a dashboard, a complete workflow design, or a working website. Free, no strings. You see exactly what we can do with your problem — not a mockup, something you can click.

You get
A working prototype of the actual system.
How long
Within days of the discovery call.

Review & scope.

Scope · Together

We walk through the prototype together — every part, page, and node, one by one. You say what's right, what's missing, what's unnecessary. After the meeting we define the end-scope, and you get one final round to add anything before it's locked.

You get
A fixed end-scope. What we agree is what gets built — no drifting requirements, no surprise extras.

Build.

Build · 5 days

Five days of building. You see real progress daily — real screens, real data, something you can click at the end of each day. Questions get answered the same day they are asked.

You get
The finished system, matching the scope.

Launch & onboard.

Launch · MVP

We present the finished system, kick off the MVP phase, and onboard your team so it lands in daily work from day one. Documentation is written for the people who'll use it, not for developers.

You get
A live system, a trained team, and handover documentation.

Run & improve.

Run · 24/7

We host, watch, and improve it 24/7 — bugs, updates, new ideas. Innovation doesn't end at delivery. It starts there: the first weeks of real use always surface the best improvements.

You get
Monitoring, maintenance, and a standing line to the people who built it.

Step one costs an hour. Step two costs nothing.

Plan a discovery call

A fit.

  • Founders and SMB teams who know where their time goes and want it back.
  • Agencies that want to productize a service into software.
  • Companies replacing spreadsheet-and-email processes with real systems.

Not a fit.

  • Organizations that need six-month procurement cycles and steering committees.
  • Teams looking for body-shop staffing — we build and run systems; we don’t rent out developers.
Questions

Asked before every build.

01 Is the prototype really free?

Yes. It's how we'd rather win work: show, don't pitch. If you don't continue, keep the thinking — no invoice.

02 What if the scope changes mid-build?

Small course corrections happen inside the build. New ideas go on a list and land in Run & improve — that keeps the five days honest.

03 What do you need from us?

One call, one walkthrough of the prototype, and access to the tools we're integrating with. Most clients spend under three hours total before launch.

04 Can you take over or extend an existing system?

Usually yes. The discovery call is where we tell you honestly whether it's worth extending or replacing.

05 How do you handle our data?

Your systems run in your accounts, under your ownership. We get exactly the access needed to build, and you can revoke it any time.

06 What does communication look like during a build?

A direct line to the builder — WhatsApp or email, whatever you use. Daily progress you can click, not weekly status reports.
